Orange County Register Writes About Project Playhouse
Roxanne Hack of the Orange County Register just wrote about this year's Project Playhouse at The Irvine Spectrum. So this weekend I took one of my kids to check out the finished project since the last time we posted a story, it was on installation day.
The home builders behind each playhouse are so creative and the finished product is inspiring. Below are some of our shots of the playhouses: Little Diamond Head by Nicholson Companies, TradePartners Tribute in honor of Chuck Dreyer by Shea Homes, Over the Rainbow Cottage by Team HomeAid and Sir Lyon's Castle.

Quik Shade Cabanas in The Orange County Register
The ever-fabulous home and garden editor at the Orange County Register, Cindy McNatt, recently wrote about "Instant Backyard Ambience" highlighting Quik Shade's cabanas.
Photo Shoot for the Orange County Register - Home Section
Two dogs, two beds, two floor pillows, one crib and one jumping child. That wraps up yesterday's photo shoot with Cindy McNatt from the Register in a nut shell.
She is going to be running a story about tips on essentials for your nursery and how to make sure it transitions to toddler-hood.
We thought you would like to see some of the room photos for a sneak peak. The Register's photos were SOOOO much better with all of the kids, dogs, and jumping. But we thought you would like to see the inspiring children's decor from Pixie Dust Decor.
Stay tuned for the Register story.

PS - If you haven't seen it already, Cindy also writes a daily blog about gardneing. You will love it! http://www.dirtdujour.com/

Taylor LeClaire and Joan Wilson's Terrace On The ASID 2009 Design Tour Inspires The Register
The Orange County Register's home section recently ran a story about succulents, which I loved since they are the one plant I can actually take care of! One of the photos featured was of Taylor LeClaire's terrace on the ASID 2009 Design Tour that she did in conjunction with Joan Wilson.
The Design Tour is open until May 22, benefits Orange County Performing Arts Center and is sponsored by Orange Coast magazine.
